Pre-Enrolment Calendar

Pre-Enrolment Period: from March 3 to June 8, 2023 (until 23´59 p.m. Madrid time)

• Publication of the provisional admission list: up to June 19, 2023
• Claims Period: within two days of publication of the provisional admission list
• Publication of the final admission list: the following day after the end of the claims period.

Special Period:

 A special period shall be set aside for the offer of any vacancies that become available after the registration of the regular period.

Pre-Enrolment Period: from June 3 to August 31, 2023 (until 23´59 p.m. Madrid time)

• Publication of the provisional admission list: up to September 11, 2023
• Claims Period: within two days of publication of the provisional admission list
• Publication of the final admission list: the following day after the end of the claims period

Enrolment Calendar

Time limits for enrolment:

• Regular Period:
  • From June 27, 2023, within 10 calendar days of receipt of the notification of admission.
  • If the enrolment is not formalized within the indicated period, it will be understood the student resigns from the place obtained.
  • As soon as an admitted student does not enrol in the established term, his/her place is released, which will be offered to the following student by rigorous order of the waiting-list. The enrolment period will be 7 calendar days from the moment of the communication and the payment of the enrolment fees will be 10 calendar days.
• Special Period: 
  • Within 10 calendar days of receipt of the notification of admission.
  • In case of not formalizing the enrolment within the established term, it will be understood that the place obtained has been renounced.
• Second year students and students with outstanding credits:
  • Second year students and those who have credits pending, will register in the second half of September.
  • The Student Administration Office will communicate to the interested ones the concrete dates of enrolment.

Payment of Enrolment Fees:

• At the time of enrolment, all students will pay the current administrative fees, in addition to:
  • 100% of Academic Fees (single payment)
  • 50% of Academic Fees (payment in installments)
• if you choose to pay in installments, the second installment (50% of the registration fee) will be from January 2 to 19, 2024.

Submission of documentation: from the time of enrolment until the first two weeks of the course.

Stipulated Period for Application for Homologation of Credits: from the time of enrolment until the first two weeks of the course.

Cancellation of Enrolment:

• Stipulated Period including the right to the reimbursement of Enrolment Fees:  during the first 10 calendar days of the course, students may request the cancellation of their enrolment with academic and economic effects. Thereafter, the cancellation of the enrolment will only have academic effects; that is, without the right to a refund of academic fees. Administrative fees shall in no case be refunded.

Cancellation of Studies: In the event of cancellation of Studies by the University, academic and administrative fees will be reimbursed to the student.

Modification of Enrolment (change of subjects and choice of electives for the second semester): until January 26, 2024

Change of modality: the change of modality -between full-time and part-time enrolment- may be requested during the first quarter of the academic year, up to January 26, 2024.

Application for advance call (if a subject is pending): until December 15, 2023.

Period to request the gracious favor of an additional exam sitting: until October 27, 2023.

• Pre-Enrolment Period: January 9 to March 24, 2023 (until 23´59 p.m. Madrid time)
• Publication of the provisional admission list: up to April 24, 2023
• Claims Period: on the two working days following the publication of resolutions on admissions.
• Publication of the final admission list: the day after the end of the claim period.

Enrolment Calendar 2023-24

Payment of Enrolment Fees and submission of documentation: from April 28 2023, counting from the receipt of the admission notification.

Stipulated Period for Application for Homologation of Credits: 

• First Stipulated Period: June 19 to July 3, 2023.
• Second Stipulated Period: 1 to September 15, 2023.

Modification of Enrolment: up to January 26, 2024

Period to request the gracious favor of an additional exam sitting: until one month after the closing of Official Grades Records.

Academic Calendar 2022-23

For this Master's Degree, the general academic calendar (section 1) applies, except for the second year students, who are governed by a specific academic calendar for the defense of the Master's Thesis in September and December. See additional information on the Master's website.

Pre-Enrolment period: Depending on the call for ICEX Internationalization Grants. Pre-Enrolment is done at ICEX.

Publication of the final admission list: up to September 8, 2023.
